01

Scope, project status, and controller

NoDirtyCoins is a brand used for an independently operated early-access project, not the name of an incorporated company. The individual project operator currently determines why and how the website, support, and bot data are processed and therefore acts as controller where applicable. Privacy requests can be submitted through Support or the official Telegram contact. Because the operator's legal identity and postal address are not publicly disclosed, this is an interim early-access arrangement and may not satisfy controller-identification rules in every country. A paid or jurisdiction-specific offer will not be launched there until any required identity and contact details are supplied.

02

Data you provide

The Telegram bot may receive your Telegram numeric identifier, username, first and last name if available, language, messages, selected network and asset, and a public wallet address or transaction hash. The website support form collects name, Telegram ID or email, use case, support category, message, and page language. Required fields are marked in the form; name is used to address you and contact details are used to reply.

03

Screening, account, and payment records

We may keep your check balance, account status, bot session state, captcha status, Check ID, check type, network, asset, input value, timestamps, status, provider identifier, risk score or grade, attributed entity, grouped signals, report link, provider response needed to display the result, and error records. If paid access is offered, payment records may include invoice or order ID, amount, checks purchased, status, payment URL, and provider timestamps; payment providers process payment details under their own notices.

04

Website, IP address, and device data

Vercel and other delivery or security infrastructure may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, requested URL, referrer, browser, device or system configuration, timestamps, performance, error, and abuse signals. The site stores language and consent choices in localStorage. If you accept optional analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may process page, referrer, approximate region, device, browser, and performance data; we do not intentionally send form contents, names, emails, Telegram IDs, wallet addresses, or transaction hashes to analytics.

05

Data we do not need

We do not need or request seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, recovery codes, identity documents, custody credentials, or precise location. Do not include sensitive personal data or another person's personal data unless it is strictly necessary, lawful, and you are authorised to provide it.

06

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide checks, explain and retrieve results, manage balances and payments, answer support, maintain the bot and website, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose errors, improve reliability, comply with law, and establish or defend claims. Depending on your location and the activity, the basis may be performance of a requested service or contract, legitimate interests in secure and useful operations, legal obligations, or consent for optional analytics. You may withdraw optional consent in your browser by clearing the saved choice and reloading the site.

07

Recipients and data flows

Website support fields are sent from your browser to Web3Forms and delivered to the project's support email; Web3Forms and its anti-spam subprocessors may also process submission metadata such as IP, browser, referrer, and time. Vercel hosts the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical challenge data. Telegram processes bot account data and messages. Blockchain-intelligence providers receive public wallet addresses or transaction hashes and network context. CryptoCloud or another disclosed provider may process payments. Professional advisers and authorities receive data only where reasonably necessary or legally required.

08

International processing

These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where transfer rules apply, the relevant provider or controller must use an accepted safeguard or another lawful mechanism. Telegram, Vercel, Web3Forms, Cloudflare, payment providers, and intelligence providers publish their own locations, safeguards, and privacy terms.

09

Retention

Bot account and check history currently remain available while the account and history functions operate, unless deletion is requested or retention is needed for security, payment records, disputes, or law; there is not yet an automatic fixed deletion schedule. Web3Forms states that form submissions may be retained for up to three years under its current policy, while the email copy is kept only as long as needed to answer, document, or defend the request. Hosting, security, analytics, payment, intelligence, and backup records follow the applicable provider schedule. We will delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed and technically practicable.

10

Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing; and complain to a data-protection authority. Send a request through Support or official Telegram contact and identify the account or submission concerned. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful reason for refusing or retaining data.

11

Security, Turnstile, and children

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service is completely secure. The current website uses a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge before support submission; the support request is then sent directly to Web3Forms. Do not rely on the challenge as a guarantee that abuse is impossible. The service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 or older.

12

Browser choices, updates, and contact

Essential localStorage remembers language and consent choice. Optional Vercel analytics and performance scripts remain disabled unless accepted; no advertising or Google Analytics cookies are currently used. You can clear localStorage in browser settings to reset the choice. We may update this Policy and its effective date when data practices, providers, or law change. Use Support for privacy questions or rights requests.

Questions or rights requests

Use the Support page or the official NoDirtyCoins Telegram contact. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, password, identity document, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
